Metabolism question
I know it's good to eat every few hours to keep your metabolism up, but I am doing a cleanse, and I love it, but you really only eat 3 times a day. I know this is slowing my metabolism down, but I'm wondering....How much? Will I burn a 100 less calories a day? 500 less? How can you know?

An acupuncturist once told me the best way to keep from getting sick in the winter was to always cover your neck (scarf, sweater) and take in lots of antioxidants. I've also heard taking lots of vitamin D. What do YOU do??

Gentlemen - what goes through your mind when you see a girl weight lifting? I just started lifting heavy this week and love it, but I'm typically the only girl not on a cardio machine or with a personal trainer in the weight section.
