Sugar and Headaches

Has anyone else noticed that eating a good deal of sugar causes them to have headaches?

Yup, soon after I drink a huge bottle of Coke I get a pretty bad headache. Sugar is known to cause headaches.

I don't like sugar / sweet stuff, so my intake is very limited, but my hubby has a real addiction to it. If he goes overboard, he definitely feels it. Headaches, among other symptoms. Sometimes the headaches even make him throw up. Too much creates Candida which really makes him feel like crap.

It is my stomach that is affected. I can eat hot peppers and tomatoes all day long and be fine, but sugar on an empty stomach will double me over soooo fast!
