I just bought some fitted running tights at JCPenney and another pair at D i c k's today. I only have one pair of Adidas running tights so far but I love them. The pair I bought at D i c k's was Reebok. They are all the "play dry" or "cold compression" (depends on the brand, but the moisture wicking fabric) and they are perfect for me. I have regular long sleeve technical shirts from Reebok, BCG, and some other off brands. On slightly warmer days, I have North Face arm warmers which are sleeves I can take off while still running and tie around my wrist when I get too warm.

I love the NIKE winter pants, but they are expensive. I'm lucky as I live close to two different NIKE outlets and can usually pick them up for around $20. You might find them on either closeout, or ebay or something.

I just bought Under Armour (also at the outlet) cold weather pants but wasn't as impressed.

I wear $2 shorts from walmart and knee-high underarmour socks. My husband wears underarmour pants and then shorts over them.
