We woke up to almost 8 inches of new snow so I got in 60 minutes of shovelling & did Turbo Jam cardio party. Happy New Year all!

I was so afraid the holidays would do me in....

Good morning all! With all of my shopping done, I have committed myself to push a little harder so that I can relax & enjoy my family on Monday night and Tuesday.
