2 weeks strength training results with photo!
After strength training every other day, light cardio and eating 1200 calories, this is my progress! I haven't lost any weight but I do see the difference in my waist and arms. Any ladies wanting to try circuit training or dumbbell excercises, I highly recommend! I'm also eating many more vegetables (roasted) and have now…

Abs and Strength Training
I recently started lifting 10 lb dumbbells following a modified Ice Cream Fitness 5x5 routine. This workout focuses on arms, back, and thighs. Will I lose fat on my abs following this routine, or should I add additional ab excercises using dumbbells or cable weights? Are there any in particular that would be beneficial? I…

SPINACH!!!
SO I figured out a new fantastic meal addiiton. At only 7 calories per cup: IT IS SPINACH. It doesn't taste as much like nothing as you would think. And it is full of vitamins and involves lots of chewing. I'm going to try to eat raw spinach with every meal to help me get through the day. Maybe this should be a blog post.…

I have been roughly eating 1800-2000 calories per day, and now have a twisted ankle. I need serious help getting on the right track towards losing this weight. I…

Does lifting weights create a greater deficit?
I have no problem exercising, but have developed a bad habit of overeating since the beginning of this summer. I'll be on track for a few days, intermittent fasting to control my portions during the day, then lose my motivation by evening and just give up (see food diary.) I'm wondering if I should start lifting weights to…

I lost 11 lbs in 2 weeks?
I'm not sure how this happened.. I've been watching what I eat (1200 calories) and exercising at least 40 minutes a day. I know it's fairly easy for my body to lose weight but doesn't this seem a bit much? I'm not complaining.. just hope this doesn't mean it will be hard for me to continue losing weight. Has anyone had…

New, 21 and aiming to lose 20 lbs
Hi, I just completed my first week and feel great so far.. Not sure if I've lost anything yet but I've noticed minor differences. I've started exercising 3 days a week on top of my active day job. I've limited myself to 1200 calories a day (which is a 1000 deficit from my previous lifestyle's 2200). Would love some female…
