So I just got my fitbit in the mail, today is my first day with it and I have 6358 steps recorded so far.. pretty sure I will hit 10,000 no prolems. Anyone out there use a FITBIT, have any suggestions??? do you love it?? do you hate it??

Counting calories of things like olive oil used for cooking
Silly question, Does anyone count the calories when they use olive oil or other seasonings, butter, etc in a pan to cook with?? I usually cook with olive oil but not sure how to include it in my daily diary??

Confused! How many calories I should be eating...
to lose weight.... I have been trying to maintain a 1200 calorie diet. However yesterday I was reading more on BMR which mine is 1521 calories. So based on the calculation I found if Im sedendary (which Im not most days) I should multiply it by 1.2 to get the calories I burn just by doing nothing, so that is 1825 calories.…

Not so new to mfp, new to adding friends

Motivation to burn some extra calories
I need some motivation to burn some extra calories through out the day. Im not much for going to the gym.
