Silly question, Does anyone count the calories when they use olive oil or other seasonings, butter, etc in a pan to cook with?? I usually cook with olive oil but not sure how to include it in my daily diary??

Yes! If you are leaving oil setting in the pan after you are done,, you are probably using too much to cook, unless you are deep frying, of course. For sauteeing and other preparations, your food is going to absorb the vast majority of what you put in the pan.
If you are cooking multiple servings at once, consider using the recipe function and letting it do the math for you.0
