Newbie - to eat exercise calories or to not?
I'm "restarting" after a loooong time of being off MFP. Should I be eating my fitness calories back since I'm just starting or is that something more designed for down the road?

More uses for hummus?
I've been enjoying Aldi's roasted red pepper hummus with some wheat thins. Any other ways to use it other than a dip? It's so good!

Energy to work out is needed
I realize I'd have to consult with my doctor prior to taking anything, but can anyone point me in the direction of a good energy supplement to help me? The "catch" is that DH & I are currently TTC so I can't just take anything. I'm wondering if there is anything natural you can suggest & I can ask my doctor about it? TIA.

MFP & excersise tracking?
MFP logs my calories burned by cardio but it doesn't show any burned for lifting weights, crunches or using machines. I know it's silly but I am burning calories while doing those exercises too right? Why doesn't MFP log them or at least give me a chance to log them?
