So yeah, I can eat what i want up to my 1900 calorie level (maintaining for over a year now). It's the constant responsibility of 'you eat it, you gotta pay for it'. Lower cal pasta than 316 cal/100g?
I currently bulk out my fish/bean/vegetable salads with Sainsbury's whole wheat pasta and this is 316 cals per 100g (dry). Anyone know, in the UK, if there is a lower calorie pasta - i don't mean the nearly 0 carb tofu/shiratake stuff. yuk. I am having a seafood risotto at Zizzi for lunch. For evening meal, tuna and 3 bean salad and a soya bean small salad and some dark chocolate with hazelnuts for dessert. I'll probably have 2 black coffees today, a diet coke and water. And I'm looking forward to it :-)
