Anyone regularly use a pocket scale ?

I find i over estimate calories in restaurant meals, so i ordered one of these to help be more accurate. i am terrible at guessing portion sizes!

    I have 3 scales. 1 big one at home. a small one at work and a spare small one that I have been know to take with me. ;) Do what works for you.

    I also order a doggie bag to be delivered with my food. I adjust my meal (half a burger... or whatever,) and put the other half in the doggie bag. Out of site, out of mind.

    Side note: My great dane LOVES this diet. :)
