Who is still losing weight after reaching their goal?

I'm still managing my weight quite closely until my brain works out and gets comfortable with amounts, etc. I've lost probably 6lb over my GW. Don't get me wrong, i'm kind of happy for my 32" jeans to be nice and comfortable, but i'm finding it difficult to let go i think.

I guess it's still a numbers game and, if i eat less than BMR+activity, I need to compensate the next day.

still difficult though - you put in all that successful effort and eating more seems 'bad'.

Is it just me?
