Low Sodium Food Suggestions
Hi everyone, I'm 6 months pregnant and try to limit the amount of sodium I intake on a daily basis. (Anything to combat the lovely side effect of getting swollen) LOL Any suggestions?? If you eat a low sodium diet what types of food/meals do you eat? Thanks in advance!

How many calories needed while pregnant?
I just found out that I'm expecting our first kiddo :) I've been doing some research and I found that you only need to consume about 300 more calories than normal. Does this sound correct?

So, I'm starting WW today...
I've decided I need a little flame lit under my butt for motivation. So I'm joining WW today for 12 weeks to see where it takes me. A friend of mine is doing it with me as well (she is already a member) so I think that will help. Hoping to learn a lot and see some change soon. Wish me luck!

Is Weight Watchers worth it for 15lbs?
I'm thinking of joining WW. But not sure if just wanting to lose 15lbs is worth it. I mean it's ALOT of weight, but they would show me the same thing I do now - count calories and exercise. I think I want to join just so I know that someone is holding me accountable for my choices, etc. Anyone else join it and like/dislike…

2 whole lbs after 2.5 weeks of kicking my own *kitten*!
After a month of nothing. I stepped up my workouts to 6 times a week. Introduced yoga and added a step level in aerobics (I'm up to 3 risers). In addition to eating salads every day for dinner and a larger lunch. And I stepped on the scale this morning and was down 2 whole lbs! It took 2.5 weeks to get 2 lbs off...bummer.…

Week 2 of no scale!
It's harder than I thought - After having the number not go anywhere, I decided I'm not going to weigh myself for a month and just take measurements. I'm finding my attitude on a lot of this weighed ( No pun intended) on the number I saw each week. Anyone else like this??

Has anyone ran a marathon?
I've been going back and forth on signing up to do the Chicago Marathon in October. I've never done one before, but I've always thought it would be a great accomplishment. I've got time to train and I love to run, but I'm just a little scared.....Help me make a decision!!!:huh:

Xflowsion Yoga?
Has anyone done it before? I tried a class yesterday and it kicked my butt!! I do aerobics 3 times a week and run 2 times. So I thought I was pretty fit - Nope. My muscles are so sore - it's a nice feeling. But ouch! What a difference a new workout does!

I've been working our pretty hard these last few months. With a few hiccups around the holidays. But I've managed to lose about 4 lbs. Good right! Well I fell like I lost 10. I look in the mirror and see a bigger difference than the number on the scale. Just not sure it makes sense. Maybe it's a mind over matter thought.…

Holy Cow - I got on the scale this morning and...
I'm down another 2 lbs. (6 lbs total) I thought for sure with the Thanksgiving holiday I'd be up. I'm was jumping up and down at 6:30 this morning!!
