After a month of nothing. I stepped up my workouts to 6 times a week. Introduced yoga and added a step level in aerobics (I'm up to 3 risers). In addition to eating salads every day for dinner and a larger lunch. And I stepped on the scale this morning and was down 2 whole lbs!

It took 2.5 weeks to get 2 lbs off...bummer. But yeah! I've been working my *kitten* off so I'm glad I'm getting some results.

Great job, but watch those risers. Going too high can be killer on the knees over time!

Nice job on the workouts! Don't feel bad, 2.5 weeks to get 2 lbs of is actually pretty standard considering you only started with 25 to lose. :flowerforyou:

I know - my aerobics instructor told me that too. So I'm going to do it for a couple weeks and then go back down to two risers. Thanks for the advice!!
