ideal time to see change
I am only needing to lose a couple of pounds but mostly need to lose a lot of my fat and make it muscle. I'm doing the 30 day shred and sometimes run or walk. What is a good length of time to expect change? I have only been at it for 20 days or so. That includes about 1300-1400 calories.

Confusion with carbs
So apparently I'm not losing very much b/c I'm eating all of my carbs at night. It's very hard to cook for my family and not get carbs in. Does anyone have advice on this or recipes to try?
