ideal time to see change

I am only needing to lose a couple of pounds but mostly need to lose a lot of my fat and make it muscle. I'm doing the 30 day shred and sometimes run or walk. What is a good length of time to expect change? I have only been at it for 20 days or so. That includes about 1300-1400 calories.

    If you're strict and do it consistently you can drop a couple of pounds in 2 weeks definitely!

    Can you be specific! Strict how... I feel like I have been.. but I don't really know!
