Strength training + last 10/20
It's been a while since I have logged but I am back at it and determined! Anyone who is struggling with the last 10-20 and need motivation/support please friend me! I am currently doing Zumba twice a week and trying to pick up strength training, would love to share tips and push each other to goal!

I try and keep positive/inspiring/motivational quotes or sayings around me (i.e phone background, on the fridge, on my vanity, etc) i find this helps me keep a positive outlook even when i didn't lose weight that week, or have time to work out or even just had a bad day... anyone one else do this? BMI BMR ...
Are there other ways of measuring your body fat percentage? i find that the BMI is to general and doesn't take in to account the different types of bodies there are out there ( I.E broad shoulders, Big Bust, Big Butt, etc..). Thanks!
