Hey everyone!! I am sensitive to stimulants but like how they help me preform when I work out. Are there any that you like and would recommend? Thank you!!

There are three considerations I use for fueling a workout: Coffee, carbs and water. Sometimes I won't have the first two.1

A combination of protein and carbs will hep. Some fruits or candy and a protein shake is what I do.1

Just for the love of god don't get the sugar free ones and down too many!
I have some little glucose tablets/chews that are handy for an immediate kick up the butt.
Personally I like a carby meal and coffee, give it an hour and then go for it.1
