I find myself really snack-y around 3-4pm and then 7-9pm, any suggestions on nutritious snacks, besides good old fruits and veggies? Thanks!

One of my most frequent afternoon snacks is dry roasted edamame. I love the Seapoint Farms brand especially the wasabi flavored. It's a decent source of protein, low net carb and filling.
Almonds or hummus are also frequent snacks. And low sugar granola bars.0 -
cheese sticks
turkey pepperoni
light yogurt
jerky
fiber or protein bars
bell peppers scooped w/ salsa
nuts
also buy single serving bags of popchips, smart fries, 100 cal cheese its & cookies. If I have to open more than one bag I think about it more.
and can't say enough about single serving ice cream cups scooped into cake cones. the ice cream cups are usually around 100 calories, the cake cones (kids ice cream cones) are usually about 20 calories and I feel like I'm getting a real treat.0 -
Greek yogurt,handful of almonds,stringcheese.Rice cake w/chocolate hazelnut spread.0

A small apple--contains fiber and pectin so it makes you feel full.
Green tea--fills up your stomach and has appetite-suppressing qualities.0 -
I love the dry roasted edamame too! It seems like you get a lot per serving and makes you feel like you are really getting something. Another go-to snack for me is pumpkin seeds. I usually have two 1/2 oz servings per day. Dr. Kracker is really good too. You get a nice sized crunchy piece of bread/cracker for 100 calories. They are mostly made of good things.0

Let me look in my desk drawer...
Protein bars
Oatmeal
Yogurt (in the refrigerator - not my desk LOL)
Soynuts
Dry roasted peanuts (unsalted)
Unsweetened applesauce (with cinnamon)
Emerald Cocoa Roasted Almonds
Emerald Cinnamon Roasted Almonds
Quakes Sweet Chili flavored mini rice cakes
Yogurt covered pretzels (100 calorie packs)
Raisins
Sometimes I mix a few of these together to make a healthy and tasty trail mix too!0 -
Almonds, lightly salted almonds, coco roasted almonds (I love almonds!)
Cheese stick
PB on WG bread or crackers
Cup of soup
Granola bar (look for organic ones. the less sugar and the more protein and fiber the better!)
yogurt
dry cereal (again, the healthier stuff, obviously not cinnamon toast crunch)
cup of low fat chocolate milk or low fat hot chocolate or tea
Light popcorn
olives
If I think of more I'll post again0 -
a quarter of a red pepper... I cut it up and bag the pieces...
One bite of chocolate - if you can do this. I can. So I do. One regular size Hershey's bar broken in four pieces can last almost a week that way.
Popcorn
Wasabi almonds
Sugar free popsicles
Carrot sticks
Celery sticks
A big honkin bowl of lettuce with some balsamic vinegar and cracked pepper.0 -
