I'm very disappointed today. I weigh in once weekly and have been steadily losing about 1.5 - 2 pounds per week. Today, my weight is EXACTLY the same as last week. not happy!!!!!!!
I've been doing so well with my cardio work for the past few months. Yesterday, I seriously trashed my ankle during one of my early morning walks. I'm SO bummed--this seems like a large potential setback. Is there such thing as cardio without moving your feet?? Any suggestions or recommendations???????:angry:

Cautiously optimistic
I just signed up. I REALLY hope this site helps with my attempts at weight loss. After reading some random posts on the site, I fervently hope that this will be what really works for me, too. I'm so very tired of little to no results despite effort!
