Electrolytes?
Does anyone use an electrolyte replacement? I never have but it was recently suggested a few times that I might need to. (not even sure what that means) Any suggestions?

Same breakfast?
I have been noticing that I am eating pretty much the exact same breakfast most days of the week. Occasionally, I will change the fruit or I might go out for brunch but other than that, it is the exact same thing. Anyone else do that? I am assuming this isn't a problem, as it is a good breakfast.
