Bacon-topped salmon
I made a delicous low-carb fish dish for supper tonight. I call it Bacon-topped Salmon. It's pretty simple, really. Top a piece of salmon with one or two slices of bacon and cook at 400F until the fish is just about ready. Then put the fish under the broiler for 3 or 4 minutes to crisp up the bacon. Canned fish
I really like canned fish... tuna, salmon, sardines etc. I'd like to be able to eat a can a day for lunch, but I'm not sure if this is safe.
