Turmeric and Paprika
I'm looking to do more with Turmeric and Paprika, they both seem to be great spices! This is what I do so far: Paprika: Over hummus. Over fish, seafood, Spanish recipes. Turmeric: Over chicken (along with salt, garlic, oregano) How do you all use them? :smile:

Polar F6: batteries died - options?
So, the batteries in my polar F6 died :( The manual says the only way to get them replaced is by shipping the watch to Polar. I'm wondering if I have any other options, like replacing them at a Radioshack or by myself or something else? Looking for less expensive options. Thanks!

Consistency or Zig-zag?
I'm somewhat new to EMTWL so I'm not sure what to do here. Should I aim for consistency and try to eat my cut every day. Or should I cycle/zig-zag the calories, as in eating some days over cut and some days under (while making the weekly average of the daily amounts be my cut)? Low Sodium Cheeses
Besides the low/reduced sodium versions, what are some cheeses that are usually low in sodium? So far I have: Mozzarella, Cottage, and Swiss. What else?

30g of Fiber!
What do all of you do to reach 30g of fiber daily? I eat whole grain instead of white, almonds, veggies/fruits. But I can't seem to reach 30g!

Pilates: How often and for how long do you do it?
I'm trying to incorporate Pilates into my weekly routine, but I'm still deciding how to do it. I think I might go with one long session (60 mins) once a week and then a couple 10-min sessions (focusing on abs) on my cardio days. What do you think? How many times a week, and for how long, do you practice Pilates?

How do you all divide carbs, fat, and protein through the day. So far I've read to eat most of your carbs during breakfast (which should also be your biggest meal), to have carbs pre-workout and protein post-workout. But what else?
