FitBit sync with Myfitnesspal
I sent a help message and haven't had a reply and I wasn't sure what to search under if this has happened to others. I sync my fitbit HR with myfitnesspal. Yesterday I had about 5,000 steps and myfitnesspal said I had 72 extra calories from exercise per my fitbit. Today so far, I have only 4,000 and it already says 400…

Question for TDEE folks
I calculated my TDEE and it came out to be 2377 and that is with 3-5 days of exercise. Is the 2377 every day or just on the days that I work out? Thanks!

No weight loss this past week :(
I didn't have any weight loss this past week :( I didn't gain so that is good, and I know it is too soon for a plateau but it is discouraging. Anyone else in the same boat?

Goal to start drinking more water
My goal for this week is to start drinking more water. I only drink water on the days I work out (I take a 16oz bottle with me to the gym) Can anyone tell me what to expect? Also, how did drinking more water affect weight loss the first week or two?
