I calculated my TDEE and it came out to be 2377 and that is with 3-5 days of exercise. Is the 2377 every day or just on the days that I work out? Thanks!

As I understand it you don't eat your exercise calories back with TDEE because they are already calculated in there. I would say this would only be on days you exercise, on non exercise days it would be less.

Your TDEE is what it would take calorie wise to maintain your weight. You deduct calories from that for weight loss, add for weight gain etc.

You don't eat back your exercise calories with TDEE

That's your average over a week. So yeah, it's probably 2000 on no work out days and 2600 on workout days (or whatever). You do NOT eat your exercise calories using this method.

That's not true if you're using MFP to calculate it, actually. See the post above yours. MFP does NOT include exercise when figuring TDEE, so you ARE supposed to eat them. It's your choice, but MFP is set up so that you eat them.

Except that the OP calculated their TDEE including their activity level from working out. Therefore their exercise is already included in this TDEE estimate.
