So, about a month ago I started getting into using free weights more, I do strength 4 days a week and 2 days a week of HIIT cardio. Fats and weight loss/dairy
Okay this might be a really dumb question, so I apologise, buuuuut, if eating FATS isn't actually the problem with weight loss why is it that we have to use skim milk or low fat milk, and low fat cheese/ice-cream/dairy products or LEAN meats, etc. just curious!
