Upped calories- At Another plateau

Hey everyone,
I'm not sure if anyone has asked/answered this before but, I read a lot on upping my calories to over 1800 and so I decided to do it and I broke my first plateau and lost about 3 kilos and so I've kept with that and eating that amount but the past 3-4 or so weeks I've hit another plateau, I only have about 4kgs or 8lbs to go till my goal, but I don't know how to fix this plateau, I can't keep upping my calories can i? and when I drop them I can feel my body just storing the food, even though my BMR calculator says my calorie intake should be around 1300.But I have no clue what's going on, my measurements stay kinda steady too
