If 7000 calories = 1kg
I've always proudly requoted that dropping roughly 7000 calories will lose 1kg in weight. MFP uses a similar calculation and I've seen it working in practice, and then I had some peanuts.... Treadmill Accuracy
I've seen this question pop up many many times but all consensus's agree that it's reasonably active. I was on today for 22 minutes alternating between 5.5 - 9km/h but spending more time in the lower half of that. I walked/jogged 2.5km. (Treadmill makes no allowance for weight) According to http://42.195km.net/e/treadsim/…

Lost 3 KG in 1 week?!?
I started MFP a week ago at 103kg, today and last night I weighed in at just under 100. I have been exercising more but eating those calories back, I have gone over my target by 1-200cals most days and not doing anything classed as 'not-sensible'... Is this possible? Is it right? Or do I just need a new set of scales?
