Just ate a fantastic light dinner to make up for a little too much snacking.

1 cup grated cauliflour (25 cal) (rice substitute)
Half a skinless chicken breast diced (90 cal) (make it a whole if you can)
3 tbsp passata (20 cal)
1 tsp Basil (0ish cal)
1 garlic (5 cal)
1/2 tsp chili powder (0ish cal)
4 squirts of fry-light. (4 cal)

Fry the chicken for a few minutes on one side of a large frying pan
Add the cauliflour to the other side. and add the garlic to the chicken
Keep flipping the cauliflower to heat it through without burning (A little brown is ok)
When the chicken is browned and cooked through add the passata, chopped/dry basil and chili powder to the chicken half and cook until bubbling.

Serve the cauliflower as plain rice on one side of a bowl and the chili chicken on the other. Optionally make it a curry with a little curry powder.
