How many calories should I be running for a deficit?
So I did the calculators on http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/ and got my Body Fat % and my BMR. It says to reach my target weight of 195 Pounds (I am currently 227Ibs at 6'2") I need to be eating 2890 calories. That sounds really high for a deficit. Any advice? Thanks!

Runner's Advice
Can someone give me some running pointers? It seems no matter how long a rest to recover my legs, 10 minutes into my run my shins/muscle on front of lower leg are really hurting. I know I am a heel-striker when I run because my gait is so long, but I am not sure how to fix that. Any help?

Indigestion from Raw Veggies
Every time I eat raw veggies (or an unripe banana), I get terrible indigestion. Has anyone experienced this? And if so, do you know a remedy? I am already limited because im allergic to poultry and shellfish, so I need to eat my veggies! Thanks
