Hey All
I have been exercising for a good amount of time, but have not been making much progress on getting my body into a respectable shape (i.e. not round). I have two lovely little daughters who i want to be here for for as long as possible, so i hope that by tracking my food and exercise that i may be able to kick my weightloss into a forward momentum. I look forward to hearing from all of you and working towards our goals.

hi i have been exercising for 3 years, and putting weight on, joined MFP and lost 12lbs in 6 weeks.......you've come to the right place0
