I am looking for a boxing routine I can follow for a good 30-60 minute exercise routine. Any suggestions? I will be using weighted gloves, heavy bag, and jump rope primarily unless the plan calls for something else

In boxing training, we call out numbers to correspond to a particular strike.
1 - jab
2 - cross
3 - left hook
4 - right hook
You can throw in bob and weave too, which can wear you the hell right out.0 -
Maybe you should take some classes. You want your fom to be correct.
Boxing isn't just punching and kicking. It's also sit ups and runing in place and jumping jacks .....0 -
I was hoping for a good video training course or online course I could sign up for. I live in an area that has no reall fitness facilities so I am kind of on my own.0

start with jumping rope for 5 min...do five three minute rounds on the heavy bag, minute rest each round...increase each week or so...30-40 min of punching will wear you out...I only do three rounds0
