What does Tofu taste like?
I've never had it and I'm nervous to try it since I'm trying to phase out meat because it makes my stomach angry at me. What does it taste like? And what is the texture like? If it mushy like an egg or more firm like chicken? Also are some brands better then others? Tell me all about tofu!

Is it possible to drink too much water?
One of my friends told me I should put back on my water intake, I have a 16oz cup and I refill it about 7-8 times a day because I seem to always be thirsty. Can it be harmful to drink that much water? I feel fine, but I don't want to get sick because I wasn't informed.
