I've always had anixiety and depression, as long as I can remember. And my life is extreamly stressful right now. My step son is 6 and is now living with us from his mothers house were he was neglected and exposed to drug use. He has a lot of behavioral problems as well as ADHD.

Since I started working out I have noticed such a huge change in my overall attitude. I feel better and don't feel as stressed out as I was. I was taking a lorazapam as needed, and finding that I was needing it everyday or I would experience a panic attack. This past week I havn't touched my pills at all!

Has anyone else had similar results? I love this new feeling!

Exercising makes me feel soooo happy. I've been in kickboxing since July and just recently got invited to the advanced class, where jiujitsu students train. I go home in a good mood and I feel happy knowing what I'm capable of now that i wasn't before starting. I have a lot of issues with anxiety and depression too, and it makes it better. Really, dieting helps me control those also because I have something to think about, a goal to achieve, instead of dwelling on my body issues or pictures.
