Please help!!!! I am using most of my calories up in snacks. What are some healthy snacks that will keep me full and that are not high in carbs? I just love my snacks!

To go over or not to go over
Hi can someone please help me? If my daily calorie goal is 1330 and I go over, as long as I do enough exercises to cover what I went over is this OK? Could I be making it harder on myself by not staying under 1330? Thanks in advance for your feedback!
