Hi this was my 1st week and it has been great. I also keep a journal daily and cut out inspirational articles since I love reading magazines (such as article about Jennifer Hudson along with pictures). I use the articles in case I run into a bad day or if I need encouragement. I hope that helps for somebody. If I can control everything else in my life why can't I control my body???? I am now in control...I am the ruler, happy journey to all of you!

  • AWESOME post!!! It's important to remember why YOU are doing this and what is important to YOU. We all have different goals, different experiences and everything else.

    Stay positive and keep YOUR goals in mind and you can get there!!

    I can totally relate! I am on day 4 of getting back to being healthy! I am confident this time, because I have built a world of support through articles, books, knowledge, and inspirational quotes! It really does pick you up if you are having a not so encouraging day! So good for you!
