Hi can someone please help me? If my daily calorie goal is 1330 and I go over, as long as I do enough exercises to cover what I went over is this OK? Could I be making it harder on myself by not staying under 1330? Thanks in advance for your feedback!

Many people eat all their exercise calories and still lose weight. Some people cannot lose weight while eating the extra, so they eat 75 or half or whatever percentage works for them. Try eating all of them for a few weeks. Only drop if you must.0
