healthy snacks

Please help!!!! I am using most of my calories up in snacks. What are some healthy snacks that will keep me full and that are not high in carbs? I just love my snacks!

I have a snack between breakfast and lunch every day. I'll do lite string cheese sticks (1 goes for 50 calories) or a couple slices of low sodium ham (60-70 calories depending on the weight). Any veggies are good too!
I tend to be pretty primative and I'm ok with just plain veggies or just pieces of ham as my snack.
