Tribal fest 2013
Is anyone going? Excited! I'm taking two workshops on Friday and performing on Sunday! (In a group). And hopefully watching a lot of beautiful dancing all three days! :)

What do you think I should do next? (Strength training)
Starting threads makes me nervous but you are all so helpful! I've just finished NROLW- I did it on a small calorie deficit (most or the time TDEE minus 20%) and lost maybe 12 lbs over 7 months. But definitely increased strength quite a bit (for me, never lifted before) anyway. I'm very undecided about what to do next.…

Stage 1 ladies: lack of abs?!
okay so I just finished workout 5B tonight and I couldn't take any more- I had to add some ab exercises. Results thread or pics?
Can anyone point me to some before and after pics of results from this program? Because I've searched here and on the NROLW forum and I can't find much- mostly people who actually were NOT happy with results! I do think it's fun so far, but would like to spend my workout time as effectively as possible. :smile:

Help! Scared of Deadlifts
Okay this is definitely the hardest part of stage 1 for me. I did the 44 lb bar with squats and it was hard, but I finished all reps so I figured deadlifts would be similar. Wrong!
