Daily calories
Ok I am new to this low carb eating. My question is do we still stick to our daily calories or just focus on our carbs? If I just stick to the carbs I think that I will be well below my calories for the day. Sorry if this is a dumb question.

I need energy
I have started working out everyday for 30-45 min. I have dropped 8lbs but have zero energy. What can I eat to help with energy? I do not drink pop and cut out tea about 2 weeks ago. Any ideas?

Heartrate during exercise question
I just started working out again after have my daughter. When I was on the elliptical my heart rate was in the 170's. I was not pushing myself at all because of the high heart rate. Anyone else have such a high heart rate. I am 28 years old no health problems. Should I be worried? Thanks for your help

The more I am active the less I want to eat?
I have been trying to get off my butt and be more active but today I am just not hungry. I know I need to eat all my calories and the more active the more calories they are telling me to eat. Is it bad not to eat all of them? I have not even eaten supper yet but put everything in and I still have 400 calories left over.…
