How to log the 30 day shred?

Ok I just did day 1 of the 30 day shred. How do I log it in to my exercise log? I am new at this. Thanks for all your help!

    If you want an accurate calorie burn, you really need a heart rate monitor. I've found that MFP over estimates the burn from cardio work. Get a HRM and use your average heart rate. There are tons of good calculators out there that will give you a much more accurate estimate.
