Anyone else feel disgusting?
Don't get me wrong, I love doing this. I never was a runner, even when I was younger. However, I cringe when I think of people watching me. I've usually got sweat flying. My nose is running like a faucet most of the time. And I know I sound like a crazy woman in labor with my breathing. Am I alone in this?

Advice on weighing please.
Yesterday when I weighed I was +.2 of a lb. I was extremely constipated and hadn't gone for a week. That was rectified yesterday and today I weighed and was -1.3 lbs. So my question is should I still stick with my weight of yesterday, or should I go by today's weight? Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi, I started the c25k program for the treadmill today. It said to walk for 5 minutes, run for 1 , walk for 1 1/2 etc. etc. I'm not able to run yet, is a slow jog okay? My NSV for the day
Usually I walk a little less than two hours at about 2.5 to 3.0 mph....today I walked the same speed, but for 2 hours and twenty minutes!! That's about 30 more minutes than I usually do and Boy am I feeling it! Anyone want to lend me a hip for the night?

Beginner jogging question.
Hi all, I've been walking for the past three months, and I felt like I was ready to jog. So I set out tonight to accomplish that goal. For the past 4 years I have been dieting on and off and just giving up right at 200 because I could never seem to go below that. Well guess what! I broke that barrier and I'm 198 now!! I love MFP and the way it has helped me!

Did I do awful?
I don't usually eat my exercise calories, but when I got home from class tonight, I didn't feel good and I was craving pizza. Usually I don't give in to my cravings but for some reason tonight I did. If I include my exercise calories it says I still have 165 calories left. Is that okay to eat them back? I'm feeling bad…

Old shirt :)
So I used to be a nurse tech and I've always wore a XXL in scrubs, both in tops and bottoms. Well I bought a scrub top, a pretty expensive one last year and it wouldn't fit at all. Was just way too tight :( I found it last night when I was going through some stuff and tried it on, and it fit!! Woohoo! It's paying off :)

Breaking up walking?
I have a quick question. I usually walk anywhere from 80 to 120 minutes. Is it okay to kind of break this up throughout the day? Most days I'd like to do 120 minutes, but I don't have the time all at once. Would the calories burned be the same? Or is it better to do it all at once??
