Hungry at night
When I include my exercise it increases my calorie intake, but I don't use it all becasue I am not hungry. Of course in the middle of the night I get up looking for something to eat. Should I eat anyway just to use up the calories. Any suggestions, please help

I can do it
This time i am motivated and really have put my all into logging in on fitness pal and working out. Losing 17 pounds made me realize that if I keep working on it and not giving up, I can do this thing called being happy and healthy.
