Body has hit a plateau

What do you do when your body has hit a plateau? Should you increase your exercise or cut back on the eating but still be healthy? I didn't think that this would be easy but it is so hard and I can't give up.!!!! It has been said that the slower you lose weight, the longer it will stay off, I guess I want a fast way to lose it and it's not happening. So here's to a more healthy life.

when your body hits a plateau it means that you just have to change the excersize and diet that you are doine.
for example that is why HIIT (high intensity interval training) works best. everyday you do something diffrent and your body is always working won't get used to a certain movement thus always burning calories.
in the diet portion it can be that you need to change the way you eat, either increasing yourprotein intake, or addnig some carbs or lowering them it all depends on what fitness activity that you are doing and for how long and how many times.0 -
