Okay friends, the weekend is my hardest time with logging in and eating right. Last weekend, I really messed up, but this weekend I am putting my best foot forward, (well no, I am gonna have to jump in with both feet lol). Last week I lost 5 pounds by Friday and by Monday's weigh in, had gained it all back. I realize how easy it is to put the weight back on but double hard to take and keep it off. I am re-focusing my life to being healthy.
