Currently, not on any meds, but will talk to my doctor more. I guess the onocologist is to rule out anything serious. I saw doctor about two years ago and the only thing that was suggested was an operation but I declined. I would like to try medication first before opting for surgery. My thyroid have now become a goiter…

Hi, I need to lose bout 70 lbs or so but could use all the support I can get.

I have been on and off of MFP since 2008/09 and kept starting and stopping, but I can tell you that we didn't gain this weight in one week and it's going to take more than a week to get it off and a life time of commitment keep it off. We all fall down, but you will never know if you can do it, if we give up. Get back up…

I workout at home, but I am thinking about joing a gym. I feel that I would be able to step it up a notch if I went to the gym. I here people say that they really started to lose weight when they started their work out at the gym. I complete my step bench aerobics 3 thimes per week and that may not be enough.

I am usally at work by 7 - 7:30 so my alarm goes off at 4:30 am. I moved the clock away from the bed so that I will have to get up to turn off that loud horrible sound, if it was on music, I would probably sleep through it. I have also been going through the same problem for years. My doctor says he concerned about my hypothyroid, however when I get it checked the test always come back normal. Also was sent for biopsy and still normal. It appears that I have to work extra hard to lose weight even when on the same diet or weight loss program…

NOOOOOOO!!!! Don't give up, you can do this. I have been on and off MFP but this time I think I got it. We have to be consistent and keep it going.
