Owe year down!

I can't believe I have been journaling each and every day, without fail, since April 2, 2012. I have been on and off of MyFitnessPal for awhile, but really got diligent about the daily journaling last April. I am about 10 pounds from my goal, having lost 47.5 pounds since I started keeping track.

I eat anything I want, and just budget my calories to accommodate special events, dinners, etc. I usually try to eat very lightly during the day so that I have ample calories available in the evening when it is more challenging for me to stay on track.

At this point, I have no plans to stop using MyFitnessPal! It is working fabulously... no dietary restrictions at all, except to watch that daily calorie count. It is working for me!
