Exercising with a useless leg
This weekend I recently contracted an infection in my leg which has made it swell to around 5 times it usual size! It's also quite difficult to walk on as it's very stiff. Are there any exercises that I can do without putting to much trauma on my leg, I should manage to hobble to the gym. Thanks
