Heating Blueberries
I really love zero yogurt and got blueberries. I am wondering now I am counting calories, would I need to add extra calories? I only hear them for 30 seconds in the microwave so they are oosing - then add 2 big spoons of zero yogurt. Good heaven!

Switching to calories instead of shakes.. rejoin
Hi guys and gals. I'm Nikki, 46 and I work full time which somtimes means 12-14 hours a day so a very low calorie diet e.g. shakes didn't work for me. I had zero energy. So.. Lowering my calories
Does anyone lower their calories on a day to say basis? I can have 1800 but have a lot to lose, but would only really have the full amount if I over eat which is what I'm trying to stop doing.

Taking Meds that cause weight gain?
I take Northisterone to stop my periods (they were heavy and painful and I've been sterilised so don't need the Pill), and I hvae noticed in the last 2 years of taking them a gain of 1.5stone. Now I know that weight gain is a side effect and I'm not blaming the medication alone. I am not sure whether to stop taking them…
