Hi all

Just joined this site and have also joined up to a gym very near me too. Tomorrow is my start day as I'd only just found this site a few hours ago and already had too many cals for breakfast. So line drawn and tomorrow have planned and tracked my food for tomorrow already. Signed up at the gym for 2 classes and an induction this week as well.

Would be good to meet others in my area if at all possible. x

    Thanks Brit, Bill and Wendy. Its a great site, just getting my head around this. How do you add a ticker and where do you add it? I tried, but it doesn't show up? x
