Switching to calories instead of shakes.. rejoin

Hi guys and gals. I'm Nikki, 46 and I work full time which somtimes means 12-14 hours a day so a very low calorie diet e.g. shakes didn't work for me. I had zero energy. So.. I am trusting in the calorie deficit and hoping to lose at least 2 stone be fire end of May. I need a gentle (or not so) kick most days to log. I love walking and zumba but I'm off sick this week with Bronchitis so next week I hope to see a better loss. Feel free to add me.. and kick my butt daily lol.
